New Yorkers: I’m slated to talk with WNYC’s Leonard Lopate 1:20 pm Wednesday about Uganda’s gay death penalty bill. Then, the next night, I get to read St. Jerome’s letter on “evil virgins” in St. Paul’s Chapel to celebrate the new “Religion” issue of Lapham’s Quarterly. I’m hoping that in between I’ll get a chance to respond to tonight’s Rachel Maddow interview with Bob Hunter of the Family.
